Women’s College Hospital

Women’s College Hospital is a leader in women’s health. It is the first and only independent, academic, ambulatory care hospital in Ontario with a primary focus on the health of women.

In 2010, Women’s College Hospital was in the midst of a big change – it was designing a new state-of-the art facility that was inspired by the voices and experiences of diverse women, and it wanted to share what it had learned from the 1,000 women it heard from through the consultative process. Outreach was brought in to work with the qualitative and quantitative research to develop a communications product that would speak to women and the healthcare community.
