In 2011, the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation (then the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade), invited senior level stakeholders from the public and private sectors to a symposium on Pathways to Productivity. Outreach Communications worked with the Institute for Public Administration of Canada to write, design and layout backgrounders.
